What we collect

When you send an order we collect only what is needed to fulfil it:

• Name: to address you and confirm the order.
• Phone number: to contact you about the order and to verify you when you track it.
• Address (optional): to deliver the goods.
• Order details: the items, quantities and prices at the time of ordering.

Limited technical data that any website visit generates — such as your IP address and the time of the request — is also logged, for the security and operation of the site.

Legal basis

We process your data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure), and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR where commercial record-keeping obligations apply.

Retention

We keep order data for as long as commercial and tax obligations require, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We do not keep data we have no need for.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We share it only with those who need it to fulfil your order — for example the carrier who delivers your goods — and only to the extent required.

Cookies

This site uses technically necessary cookies to operate: keeping your cart, remembering your chosen language, and protecting forms against abuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your competent data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email].

Note: this is a starting draft. Please have it reviewed by a legal adviser and complete your company details before the site goes live.
