Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of this site and orders placed through it. By sending an order you accept them.

Nature of the business

This site sells wholesale to business customers. Goods are sold by the box, not by the piece.

Prices

All prices shown exclude VAT and shipping. VAT at the applicable rate is added to the total at checkout. Shipping is calculated from the delivery address and confirmed when we confirm the order.

We may change prices at any time. An order is calculated using the prices in force at the moment it is sent.

Offers

Some products may carry a price offer or a quantity offer such as "buy 10, get 1 free". Quantity offers are applied automatically once the qualifying quantity is reached. Offers are valid for the period stated and while stocks last.

Placing and accepting an order

Sending an order through the site is an offer to buy and does not by itself form a contract. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may decline an order — in particular where an item is out of stock, a price is manifestly incorrect, or your contact details cannot be verified.

Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide. Stated delivery times are estimates and are not binding unless agreed otherwise in writing. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you give us.

Changes and cancellation

You may change or cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us and quoting your tracking code.

Liability

We take reasonable care over the accuracy of product information and images, but images are illustrative and packaging may differ. We are not liable for indirect losses. Statutory liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

Governing law

German law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the courts of [city] have jurisdiction over any dispute.
